Memorial Day Parade |

Free hot dogs and birch beer after the Parade at the Far Hills Fairgrounds!
The parade starts following memorial services in Bedminster, at the old Bedminster School. The parade proceeds into Far Hills, to the Municipal Building, with a memorial service that follows. Local veterans from Far Hills or Bedminster are welcome to join us as we remember those who gave their lives for our country. We would also like to invite any service group or organization to participate in this event.

2012 Tri-County Firematics at FHBFD |
June, 2012
The Far Hills-Bedminster Fire Department will be the host company for this year's Tri-County Firematics competition scheduled for June.
For more than 30 years our department has participated in this event. The annual competition is based on a series of simulated firefighting activities. The goal is to successfully complete each activity, which consists of two hose events and one ladder event, in the least amount of time. Trophies are awarded for each of the three individual events and the team with the lowest time for all three events combined is declared the overall winner. Other fire companies that may be participating in this year's event are Bernardsville, Chatham Borough, Liberty Corner, Martinsville, Mendham, New Vernon and Peapack-Gladstone.
